Alison uses "breath of fire" - a rapid, rhythmic breath, even on the inhale and exhale - the navel pulling in on the exhale, pushing the air out. Think of the sound of panting, but through your nose, being sure to exhale as much as your inhaling. Find your own rhythm or substitute with long deep breathing
